ok, then Circuit City buys up the shares and the company is theirs if/When they so decide. no big deal. Circuit City will want this company imo. Best Buy SHOULD have bought Netflix when it was barely worth anything, as now it is worth an exponentially higher amount. (kind of like GZFX shares are now available for a song.. hint hint)

Circuit City has already rubber-stamped their very high priced name to this little company and they arent going to go do another pilot program with another online rental company in 90 days, and so on, etc. They are committed here. Circuit City may have already told them Fleming to burn some shares - to do whatever it takes to keep everything in TIP-TOP shape, because Circuit City customers are NOW DEALING DIRECTLY With GAMEZnFLIX - at the RECOMMENDATION OF CIRCUIT CITY. this is almost a no brainer.
