You know as well as I thier are always ways around dilution.It would not matter if their was a agreement and quite frankly an agreement is not that common in this world of bb/pinks.If their was a agreement all the heavy dilution posters would be posting the ways around it.Lets be honest,that is not the answer.What is your answer to the my whole post not just the dilution you love to talk about.We are past that.Bob
