that points out additional reasons to like the upside of ERHC's Kenya block. It's a little misleading, however, to infer that the text came from Tullow.

And I'm still of the opinion that Tullow is not an integrated oil and gas company in the true definition of such, but, semantics aside, I would be thrilled to learn that Tullow was indeed our mystery guest.
