DHSM - What claims? Claims of certainty, such as the following:

Gathering what "documents"? From whom? Certainly not from VFIN. Nor from FINRA. So from whom?

Has VFIN communicated this *certainty*? Has FINRA?

What claims? Nobody provides documents without a subpoena. As a Federal court noted last year in connection with corporations: “a corporation is not required to disclose a fact merely because a reasonable investor would very much like to know that fact.”

I wonder if DHSM, alleged to be selling unregistered stock through VFIN, has been providing parties with documentation of who is selling what through VFIN? Sounds like NO! And it sounds like any claims made regarding VFIN are just speculation.

Can't have it both ways, now can we?

Makes one wonder if claims made against company are false and misleading, and that uncovering of the truth behind VFIN's activity is concerning.

That's for the lawyers and the courts to decide.
