I'm in discussions with ETRADE telling them everything...the big reason they don't want to accept it is because most penny stocks don't register their shares. Here we will have an actual S-1 registration which will negate any liability that ETRADE has....I also told them the amount that would be likely to come in and if they don't want to work with me I have no problem going to another company. Plus I have other equity I was going to transfer so it would be in there best interest to help me and dicuss.
