"Submission"? Either he files a lawsuit, or he doesn't. And in order to get those "documents", filing a lawsuit will be necessary. VFIN isn't going to simply tell him who their client is. FINRA won't bluesheet the stock just because you'd like to see that.
And in the end, I doubt you'd like to see either. It would merely prove what we've been saying all along.
