That is precisely what happened to me last year. I contacted CTI and spoke about the Glens Falls KDS (issue was throughput). After a couple calls they stonewalled me.... apparently by Mr. Bernat. For a non reporting penny stock, FASC is shrouded in mystery due to Mr. Nichols remakable stubborness on addressing shareholder questions and concerns....I have not seen anything this pronounced in 30+ years of investing.
