This is what the transcript says-

The NDA products that Elite is collaborating with (inaudible) include an extended release Lodrane product with ECR Pharmaceuticals....

Hi-Tech is for a generic.

I looked back and see ECR sued the FDA to get that Lodrane kept on the market. They must have lost, and mentioned they were to file an NDA in 1st quarter of this year. They had over $20 million revenues lost over this in 3 quarters, the filings are online.
