Well I guess it was today after all, and it turns out to be 9 million instead of 7 million. I dont know if that's good or bad (more dilution, but apparently more interest in owning the stock).

DJ ViroPharma 9M-Shr Offering Priced at $16 Each ?

06 Dec 20:18

NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--ViroPharma Inc.'s (VPHM) secondary offering of 9
million shares was priced at $16 each.

The company previously expected to offer 7 million shares.

Last month, the company said it would grant the underwriters the option to
purchase up to an addtional 1.05 million shares.

Goldman Sachs & Co. was sole book-running manager for the offering. Piper
Jaffray & Co. was the joint lead manager and SG Cowen & Co. LLC and Lazard
Capital Markets LLC were co-managers of the offering.

ViroPharma intends to use net proceeds from the offering for working capital
and general corporate purposes. The company also said it may use a portion of
the net proceeds to repay or prepay all or a portion of its 6% subordinated
convertible notes due March 2007 and for business development purposes.

Hey Zeev, CDV 3.32 +.17 in AH! Got in 2.40's just over a week ago and this stock is really beginning to take off big on impressive volume. Will see if this gains further momo in the morning....STV has often fallen early in the morning followed by a rally so I'll be a buyer of additional shares on early weakness if it happens again...tuna

Zeev,

Where does SNDK look attractive to you?
I've noticed you not playing it that often.

You see more troubles ahead, or is this a good time to take advantage of reduced prices?

Thanks,

B
