Yeah Shail,
On you question about the lackluster response today regardless of the SPECTACULAR announcement. That's the way it _____ goes on APDN.

It's justifiable.

I can't cite how many posts ago Johnsyn noted the past posters using this board as credible evidence the stock was going to soar.

Well, we all laid our money and credibility on the last few quarters on the speculative nature of this stock.

AND GOT OUR @$$ets handed back to us on the quarterly earnings report.

Evidently, IMHO, this board carries a lot of STREET CRED!

You read the posts from Johnsyn, 1Mill$, Wishful, Yip, et al,
get a realization of the scope of APDN.

Our posts here have been "Caveat Emptor" buyer beware.

You're not going to make a damn thing if you think you can turn around this stock on a quick sale. Personally, luckily, I've made a double butt load on this luckily. I'm over a year and a half wages on my investment with APDN (started ~2008) since August.

Welcome to our world. I make a decent wage. This is irrational, granted, thinking today's announcement just made the difference for my whole extended family.

It's the kind of rationale I'm working on. We've been "mild" on today's announcement. Evidently the market followed the lead presented by this board.

I also think I'm hung like Secretariat.
Respectfully

Wouldn't know. I would guess that since you're looking at it after hours, sometimes the "board" does that and comes up with erroneous numbers. I'm seeing .214/.218.

Didn't mean to overlook the second part of your post:
"Also, looking at the lack luster response to the PR today, it seems expectations this quarter are not too good."
McS summed it up a bit, we got a lot of investors back when the mandate was first announced and had paid promoters for a 3rd party (not APDN) posting, overstressed the profits that could be had with DLA mandate and the fairly routine self-serving promotions by Agora Financial. Announcing 10 signed contracts with the hundreds of mfrs out there, is a very, very low number.
And has been more than 30 days now since the LOI with Markem-Imaje, no final contract that we know of, and the lack of the two "hope to announce very soon" 2 contracts that don't appear to have happened, announced by Dr. H during last financial conference call. That doesn't mean they didn't happen, though. The clients out of concern for covertness, may have not approved the announcements. But that doesn't help people think the financial will be anything meaningful to jump in ahead of it's release. Though it contributed to the hold back, I'm quite proud of Dr. H's statement about the contracts that have not been signed and inquiries as "not a done deal, may not happen." Most pennystock wouldn't have added that cautionary statement and may overpump the expectations.
