I went out yesterday into the bush with the dogs and I couldn't believe it but I found a specimen .... not much gold on the surface but some - a small quartz vein intrusion into a host rock holding many small and various colored garnets ..... surprised the heck out of me since almost zero gold on this island, though one very close has much gold - this may be a continuation of that system..... I was stunned to find it!!! Can't wait to investigate it more!
