My bad. It should have read " could not have become compliant". But I think you knew that. By MO I was referring to Mineseeker Operations. I have no idea who Mark Owens is. Just tell me this; if it can be proved that the SEC did state that NHSH could never become compliant, would you agree that Mineseeker had no option but to rescind?
