tamtam....Tullow would be a great partner, but they already have parts of 5 blocks onshore Kenya whereas i believe TOTAL has only one. But more importantaly Tullow is not an integrated international oil company,imo. Very few of those. If it TOTAL look for a very positive year for ERHC.
