Hi Susie,So even if thier is some dilution to raise cash to take the company from start-up basically to the next phase which is growth. That is a bad thing? In my opinion the volume and interest along with the business we are in the stock could handle the extra shares. Also I would rather see some extra shares than going the traditional bank loan journey .With loans done the traditional way if you miss payment the loan holder will take your business, liquidate and leave shareholders with ZERO.Ring a bell that has happened on every exchange bb to nyse. All I am saying is more shares are not welcomed and it opens up the door to all types of posters. At this point in gzfx growth it may not be such a bad way to go.After all this is the bb and the very same argument comes up on 99% of these stocks. At least the posters who push this aspect have a good shot at being right most of the time.Great for thier egos, but already known by the intelligent investors.Bob

lol...and ass-uming that it does exist is like walking around in the sun with an umbrella. Cmon people. Daily posts claiming dilution is just as irresponsible as daily posts that claim no dilution. They are all just ass-umptions. Be aware of the funding and go about your business(everyone). Dilution, if it exists, is not the end of the world anyway. Yes it has been abused many times, but no it is not toxic unless it is abused. In many cases this money is used to line the pockets of the powers that be. In this case the funding is going right back in to grow the company. In many cases the companies allow the stock to be viciously diluted. In this case there is a safety net that gives GNF the final say below .015 which allows them to limit dilution as they see fit. In many cases the authorized is tapped aggressively. In this case the funding is being taken as needed and when needed by and through the discretion of GNF. And again I say this money is used for growing the company. In many cases the company does not have the long term potential, short term potential or investor interest. In this case the potential is huge for the long as well as the short term and the interest is self evident as well. There have been cases where the company uses funding in a responsible way and investor interest overpowers any dilution. With this type of company the funding is a blessing and not a curse. I would suggest that anyone that has the nerve to scream dilution over and over again at least tell the whole story. Do your own DD people! And ignore those who have Done the first D for "Due" but somehow they have forgot the "diligence" part.

So what is your point or alternative? What is your point to continually ask the freakin question? If the question is that paramount to you...if it causes you to forget God and man for it and lose sleep over it...if you besieged by it....sell. You have to sell.

You continually ask a question that has no answer at this point and time. It is a rhetorical question at this point. If the question cannot be answered...why ask it? You would be just as well served talking about the Bermuda Triangle or U.F.O.'s at this point.

The continual asking of the question by the same people is almost spamming or agenda-like in nature.

I am not clamoring that there isn't any dilution........I am screaming buy because there is no dilution....however to continually ask that parituclar question....is just as irresponislbe as the person who pumps and cheerleads for no reason.
