IMO Max07....It has been a deep push moving toward the Dec 15 date that many are afraid of because it seems to be concensus that we will get confirmed about Natl rollout.No one wants to chance getting left behind with no position but IMO many want it as cheap as possible going into that date.I dont see anything but its a done deal since CC has nothing to lose as long as GZ cuts them a check every 30 days for their part.The whole partnership rests on GZ the way I see it.I doubt that a PR will confirm Natl rollout since the original filing already has done that the way I read it.It simply has an advance notice termination clause in the event that it is ever terminated....Simple
