olico is right you guys but there is a reason he is still here even believing what he believes about dilution. He's the only poster I've seen here who is honest about the whole picture. You would do yourselves a favor to listen to him. This guy has been around for years and has the right experience in penny land. Dilution is occuring but you do have a chance with this one if the business plan comes through and the dilution is kept to a reasonable level. I've been doing this for many years to and I am here for a couple reasons. One is to help those who don't understand dilution which you already know about. The other is that this stock is a great learning experience. I have been doing this for years but this stock intrigues me even though I don't own it. The psychology here is facinating. This experience will just make me an even better trader.

Just scanned many of my first posts here........the ONLY thing I hated was the diluion, that I said WAS happening.......then I was attacked by the masses......maybe next time some will listen to those who have been doing this for a few years instead of some new guys that come in screaming............ITS NOT DILUTION, they have ALTERNATIVE financing........

ummmmmmmmmmm, hey, anyone see that 'alternative' deal? Where is INVESTWIZE999??

Probably sold into his bs........

I have tried to communicate with the ceo, and have actually exchanged many emails............when I pushed a bit on the dilution part, I get no more emails.

I have an OPINION, and if you dont like my reality, ignore me, but I know what think, so Ill just stick that in my hat.

Not trying to scare anyone......if you are scared, well, you should not be in this market.....but WHO is ARCA? And what about his buddy VFIN for some time.........come on....
