olico, if u 've been at this 'for years' then you know that the word 'dilution' is a heavy-duty accusation to make without factual backup from the transfer agent - even a CEO doesnt always know even the neighborhood of where the o/s is. dont lament about 'dilution' until you have rock solid confirmation from t/a. otherwise you're continuing to yell 'fire' in a crowded theatre and are contributing to useless panic.
