I think Total is the odds on favorite because of the description of the potential partner in ERHC's PR today.

To wit: ""The Company announced that its potential partner is a renowned multinational
operator with exploration and production interests spread across several
continents."

There is a very limited number of companies that fit this definition. Total plus
Chevron, Shell, Exxon,and BP. And Maybe SNP.
