It would be interesting to hear what they'd say in re financing, but i'm not sure it would have any effect on my plans with the stock .... since it is fairly clear what the programme is here, they are after financing and it's a matter of when and at what price ... until it happens, the shareprice will continue to reflect a less than complete confidence that it will happen .... maybe trade up a little just before the news, sure, but not that much

Meantime it's mostly a call option on gold, for me ... i'll likely be away for long periods soon, so i'm practising up not thinking about details -g- .... been pondering what other plays look good for holding, one was Kinross but now i'm a day late and half a dollar short on it, aaargh, it picked today to put on sixty cents ..... the new Wheaton warrants, the dot A model, look half decent, i've about given up on getting the wrm.wt in the low .40s, and don't need any more of the common

The alamosgold.com website is not yet up, but it seems reasonable to expect on it a good layout of the mine plan, when it comes? ... which sort of presumes that the mine plan for the first year or so is now firmly decided upon? .... i.e., not at all subject to PoG moves, only to financing? ..... just thinking up more questions, Jack -g- ... thanks ... cheers

The model is Glamis and how much they are mine builders. Of course nobody builds mine in a falling-to-250 gold atmosphere.. but the brokers look at things with jaded eyes. If Dome walked away, how good can it be? So they have to make a few excuses and say how their approach is totally different. They have sort of got the word out on that, dividing the deposit into 3, and all that, but it may fail to convince the money, who after all are not miners or metallurgists, or even mining economists. In my mind, unless the Mar West stuff was completely oversold, then what Glamis does or intends to do with those properties signals strongly what intentions they really have with regards to starting mines.
