I beleive he is saying the 15th due to the fact that they have to give 30 day notice if they do not want to continue the rollout. This would make CC tell GZFX by the 15th of Dec that they do not want to continue the partnership.

Histo ....actually , it will be the absence of news on December 15th or 16th that will confirm that CC is continuing the roll out , seeing as CC has covenanted to give 30 days official notice of cancellation prior to January 15th .

Notwithstanding , CC could authorize a news release to state the roll out is a ' GO ' .

In case other MB participants are unaware , GZFX CANNOT release news that could pertain to Circuit City without CC's express permission .

histo - it's not a news day. The agreement between CC and GZFX has to be cancelled by ether party with 30 days. The pilot started on 11/15. If the agreement is not cancelled on 12/15 the rollout to 600 stores will take place. News? no but news worthy.
