Just laying out the historical facts re: QASP.

The first thing Joe did as he was moving in and pushing Jeff out was to increase the AS, as it was maxed out at 1.5B.

Then he got permission to issue more shares, and the OS went up to 1.71B. When those additional 210M shares hit the market the sp dropped to no bid.

Then came the 1000:1 rs, reducing the OS to 1.71M

The OS is now over 83M, and the sp has dropped about 99.98% since Joe started diluting.
