Hasn't been any 8-k about it. Maybe we get a blurb in the 10-k. Why even PR that?

My guess is there is a value placed on a JV or spinout of Hay Mountain. Any monies LBSR adds, they retain more equity. Private Placements for new entity is possible or maybe an unknown partner will be dumping money into said account.
