There's not enough volume right now to say the dumpers will even be finished within the next year
Oh, I have followed this issue very closely the past 9 months. Of the 12M shares issued in Q1/Q2 only 1.5M will hit the market, according to Solomon Lee. And since the debt is usually 5 months old when they are issued (meaning they can be sold one month later) we should be out of financing shares already. Perhaps some pieces left but there can't be a lot. If Solomon is telling the truth, that is. But then why would he be lying with the independent directors present at the conference call.
