GM Larson. FINRA has delayed the Dividen date that MFTH said they were going to pay out May 6th. It shouldnt have any effect on the Prototype are anything else concerning Safecode as long as what Safecode has put in thier filings are true. There is a question as to how MFTH will pay that Dividen for the past few months and now its being held up all together by FINRA, and because of that and because of the diluting thats gone on with both Companies it has caused more questions and until everything is cleared up, its really hard to figure what any shareholder would need to do in either Company. Its in MAFT 8-K about the delay and i am hoping Safecode will put out an 8-K to imform the Safecode shareholders as to what is going on because it just a big mess right now and if you read the link on Post# 9261 on the MFTH Board might help you understand as to why we are in this mess. You can only deside for your self what your opinion is. I am on hold waiting to learn what FINRA desides. SAFC
