This is no admission of any thing. This was a statement by ING stating there were bonds issue in this series to the public or investors

it says noting about them being PFNO bonds

Two months later, ING gives some sort of credibility to the bonds:

I don't see any action on the lawsuit from RDG

The first admission by ING Bank N.V. that ING Bank N.V. issued Series FF June 16, 2010 Bearer Bonds in June, 2000 was received in a letter from the attorneys for ING Bank N.V. to Attorneys for ParaFin.

Yes they went to financial institutions

and no, PFNO isn't one of them........easy

ING has never given credibility to the PFNO bonds,
It's no bid now, waiting for the excuse to R/M
