Anyone that did any DD on this stock in the last 2 years would,should, have known it was a scam. Do your home work and don't rely on what is said on a message board. It's YOUR money and someone is always willing to take it.

He did worse...he broke trust. He may have broken laws....dilution was done during blogs of misleading statements...500 new store roll out....all the Duane Ready new store count always giving the impression things are rock'n and roll'n (then the contrarian numbers come out and its all disappointment) ....there were tactics done to create liquidity and if anyone wanted to look up those tactical skirts and see what was really there there might be a case but spending good money to chase bad is not worth the time.
