$COIL - This one has had a history of short term moves usually on less then merit driven developments. While this development is certainly positive there are many milestones that they must obtain before it will see any significant value improvements from this level in my mind.
Chances are it will settle back as bottom feeders lock in profits and find an attractive range to accumulate assuming management can continue to execute their plan. Staying tuned...
