You have to report at 5% not 10% but you are right, crooks here can do almost anything and get away with it in the pinks. Just look at the crap Scott got away with.

They announce it every time a new low is hit that hey have hundreds of thousands if not millions at the bid. "Waiting to scoop up cheapies". It is laughable that someone would "invest" $20K at a wack in a snake oil business but it has been known to happen I also dont believe everything I read on a msg board. I have seen crazy stuff posted on msg boards too.
Like you can get shares of a world class mine worth billions for 2 cents.
I think thats harder to believe than "a company should have audited financial statements".
