the affidavit is even better. Look at his 2012 signature and look what the notary did on the next page. She crossed out March of 2012 on a page not seen by First American title and put in April 26th of 2013 but she cannot witness a 2012 signature of a CEO Floyd, who was not even a CEO in 2012 in 2013 because he would have had to appear before her and he was not a CEO to begin with---how is that for my stab at confusion?
CEO Floyd needs to come clean or has he been fully indoctrinated?
CEO Floyd needs to get the 670K back from JB along with the acknowledged payables--there is no form of insurance in place for this either even if you had it which you don't. I think these folks need to get off the property now!
