I have come to the conclusion that Mike Kendrick of Seeker Tec International, formerly knows as Mineseeker, was the main culprit at the end of Quasar Aerospace under Dean Bradley.
Its amazing people still don't get Joe is one behind everything since 2009. He and Dean controlled QASP with the prefers shares they held. Joe still does. Same end result diltuion never ends stock tanks big time. When this ends up .0001 as QASP continues to try and find buyers for new shares being sold has to end up again triple zeros. This is a rinse and repeat and has been since Joe became CEO. QASP still selling shares like it has since 2009 becuase both Dean and Joe in charge have not built a profitable company. A main thing a CEO is to do. They have been terrible CEO's by any measure. Anyone that thinks this is a good buy well some have been saying that since Joe became CEO and look at stock price today lol. Even trading this thiking good buy has been costing people. Again look at how low it keeps going for QASP to find buyers. Dean and Joe have been playing people now for 4 years. They are total bs. Dean didn't have to agree to deal he did with ms. He made very bad deal but I cannot blame ms for that it's on QASP. Dean had QASp agree to 1.7 million up front payment that was "non refundable" if they did not complete balance of deal. QASP never did. Dean was insane to do deal like he did. He didn't care he made his money off dilution and scamming us all. Joe was very much part of it has controlling shareholder with Dean so he is to blame as well. Joe make it worse buy after what he did doing r/s and starting his scam all over.
