Sounds like TECO spent their last few dollars on TNC to get them to show up and drill something as their last ditch effort to find oil. After TNC is done they will pack up and go home and leave TECO with another dry hole to plug.
If TECO had oil they would flaunt it.. just like the whole BELIZE sham.
Still Unbeliezable.
