Rarely do I drive by Malibu CC, it is in the mountains and basically right in the line of the fire as it moved to Newbury Park, and Malibu High just sent the kids home to use the school as an evacuation center. You playing at OCC many times, I bet our paths have crossed. Lucky you for all the opportunities life brought. As far as Mid-Pac, I told you I was living in Kailua, our home, before I was born was on the 5th Fairway at Mid-Pac before they moved the course completely over the canal. If you played Mid-Pac in the 1960s, you saw my house.
I wish you much enjoyment on your golfing, I probably was the kid in the canal on the row boat chasing lost golf balls back in the 1970s.
