My good man, all we need is the Dow to hit 50K and at this rate we will be back up to 55 cents.

I hope the CEO is aware of the perception of Chinese companies. In case he is not, I am composing a missive to him now. Basically saying it is assumed they are fraud until they prove otherwise, which they can do perhaps by stopping the dilution. At least it would be a start. And a real, sizeable cash dividend policy. I mean if they're trading at 45 cents and earning 60 cents, why can't they pay out 10 or 15 cents per share in CASH DIVIDENDS? I know they need capital to grow the business but I can't believe they would be unable to pay out 1/4 of earnings.
