Treaty will not even acknowledge the issues. When have the EVER mentioned the Master Default Order??? That was December 4th!! And Nothing... And just because it may take time is not a acceptable excuse for not filing 8-K's and 10-K's. Why no explanation for why there is no March production report??? And after all that talk about keeping investors informed on a weekly bases on the website?? How can those numbers be late? Their must be a reason and it is likely one they prefer for investors not to know about.
I would hardly call looking for answers "micromanaging".
Almost 6 months have passed since the master default order. I am not trying to micro-manage, but how long do you think on needs to respond to an order that significantly affects your business? What are the priorities?
