well when CNBC *edited* out of their video part of interview where
a guest commented that the SEC (in 2013) doesn't have the tech in place
to obtain in *RT* (real time) any or all trading data .. one can understand why

entire mkt would implode if *reality* were known

waiting to see if this next *cycle* >> implodes b4 year end
