just an fyi .. and god knows the only entity that has verbal diarrhea more than the SEC is the IRS .. but *odds are* that the brokerage firm handling the sale of JB's shares in 2013 would have taken out the taxes (fed/state/local)
it's usually SOP to have it set up that way .. and last i checked 2013's taxes (transactions) are due in 2014 .. ;)

i know talking about flat out bogus bs posted to manipulate stock via the vehicle of choice is perplexing .. regardless it's all been documented along with the trading data .. which goes to FINRA at com today
