His comments on the radio interview were probably intended to reassure investors that near-term relisting is in the works. He knew the withdrawal filing was imminent and wanted to give public reassurance that this is part of the process.
He would be crazy to make a public statement about a relisting plan and the same day initiate a plan to abandon the relisting.
Nice find stumbles. It seems we have to wait a little longer. That's ok. Daytraders will probably bail out soon. Should be able to pick up some more shares at a cheaper price.
