Well, sounds like its a done deal. So, Im running with that.........IMO, there IS dilution going on, those who dont like to hear it, well, it is what it is IMO.
There are rumors of 'other financing', well trust me, IF this were true.......the company would PR that. Or put an 8-k out, but IMO, no such deal yet. So, ARCA and now it appears NITE are the ones puking out the yam yams........we held .012 today, and I thought if by the close it breaks that, they are gonna dump on us down to subpenny again.....so, with that in mind. I loaded some back on today based on these additional stores coming on line, and have a mental stop now in place.
I have said since day one this financing SUCKS, and they have become a bit more pushy on ask at this lower level than I like to see em play.........so, with that, and my 'mental stops' in place. We shall see what another day brings.....
