I do not think there is anyone to sue at this point. As far as stock promotion, if that is true, that explains why someone keeps buying 2million shares every day. But they leave themselves wide open for fraud as they know the company is headless and directionless. Whomever promotes the stock is left alone on an island for the FEDS to pinch them easily.
