332,681,674 common shares outstanding is correct and the most recent publicly disclosed amount. The Company will provide an updated share count when they file their 10Q for the first quarter of 2013 in mid to late May.

So a little different message today after my more strongly worded question on dilution. It's not what was said today, it's what wasn't said when compared to the 4/29 communication.
