Nobody trades penny stocks professionally for a living (for very long at least ) . sounds like the doctor, grab himself a nice short position.

In the conference call , if I remember correctly , the board specifically stated that they would not be diluting. If the opposite is true , the ceo risks completely damaging his credibility... lets wait and see what happens

Based on a response from Valter a few mins ago (see below), I am now leaning toward landing in your camp. In his email a few days ago, Valter said the shares had not increased since 4/5. Slightly different message now, though still no definitive statement either way:

"As of April 5th there are 332,681,674 common shares outstanding. The Company will provide an update within their 10Q filing with the SEC for the first quarter of 2013 which will be out in mid to late May.

I have been saying dilution for months while the OS increased everytime they reported in a filing! lol, nothing new though some ppl only figured it out now. Great to see you finally in agreement Dr. It was inevitable though! Yep, it is always better to correct yourself before too late. 1.6b billion more shares to go, subpennies on the way!
