I live life by our laws as best I can. However the Constitution as it was intended is what we should be following. This is my deepest belief; our distance from this document with each step except in a few rare cases has torn at this Freedom Document rendering more useless and committing to nothing more than a piece of our past. International law does not apply to US; we are NOT a part of a global union. International law is for US to decide what and if we wish to contribute.
The United States is a Constitutional Republic. The further we have moved from this more we have declined in freedom, power and leadership as the best example of a Free Republic that was ever created and that has ever existed. Our Constitutional Republic’s death started in the 1930's and has been eroding ever since. Part of this failure and erosion has been the emergence of and into International Law (Global Union).
With some exception I mostly concur with Thomas Jefferson when he stated: "Commerce with all nations, alliance with none, should be our motto."
