Yeah... looks like the investor group is not seeing eye to eye, and somebody bailed. Could be a good thing or a bad thing. One thing I know is that it is not about the technology, as too many reputable eyes have been on that, and there is validation up the wazoo. So that leaves issues of control... I'm thinking preferred shares and BoD candidates are the issues.
If they get it worked out there could be an incredible bounce soon.
