They are strategically done to generate attention for the brand to go along with their national rollout. You say sales, sales, sales. Of course sales are the most important thing! This is their strategy and it is also the company that you have invested in. If you did not agree with the strategy they have said they would use from the beginning, why are you here?
I love the jockey signing for the impressions it will make in the near term (while we are trying to get some sort of brand recognition) during the Kentucky Derby. This event is huge and it is not like FUSE will flash in and out of the shot twice during the day. If this horse gets in the lead you will see FUSE on Sportcenter over and over again over the following day and a half. Even if he is close to the lead..
Also so many of you talk about saying the the horse is powered by Fuse.. lol. It isn't about what this "height challenged" jockey says in an interview after the race. It doesn't matter if The FUSE emblem is on the jockey or if it is on the horses ear.. it is about the national airtime "FUSE" will be getting around the world. This is a strategic move..
You have this vision of tv ads from the get go. This is not the plan that they have had for this stage of their development.. FUSE does not have the funds YET without the sales.
of course you see 5 hour energy commercials now, aren't they a billion dollar company? We cannot use the same strategy as the industry leader. Welcome to the new age of marketing. We are about to all see if FUSE will pull this off.
I see the vision. If you do not, call them morons and move on as soon as you see fit.
