I just put into production a better implementation, IMO.
1. I added color to the background of a private reply, on top of the red text above it stating that you are sending a private message. If you don't see RED and BLUE then don't send it, k?
2. I've added extra texts to the buttons that you must push in order to send. It now says Public or Private.
I'm not moving the buttons. It looks bad and doesn't make any logistical sense. I'm adding this extra few things to try to help the situation though.
