good point!.... in fact, in this case they didn't even issue a PR, yet. They just filed the 10K. And it definitely takes a while for those to get circulated.

As of tonight, Schwab still did not have the 10K posted on their CHRIE page-- they were still showing the NT-10K link.


Maybe they decided not to issue a PR because it was late, or maybe they were just busy putting the 10K together, and will issue a PR later, in the next day or two.
A PR would be helpful, and CHRI management could provide some guidance or information on any new business plans for 2013.
