Wow, it's a classic departure stall. It could have been loaded too far aft, or the cargo shifted. At those war zone airports, it's standard procedure to climb out at V2+10 knots, and that provides a pretty radical nose-up attitude compared to what you normally experience in a civil airliner. With a deck angle of maybe up to 45° that cargo has to be lashed tight. Looking at the clouds, wind-shear may have been a factor as well.
