Troymet plans to conduct a major exploration drilling program on the Key in summer 2012.

What distinguishes your company from others in your space?

Troymet’s properties have a high-discovery potential. The Key project in particular is significantly under-explored, while being adjacent to and having similar geology with a developing gold mine.

Can you explain why you have chosen to work in Western Canada?

Troymet is headquartered in British Columbia so the costs of exploring our B.C. properties, which are road accessible, are greatly reduced. The specific geological setting of each property also increases the potential for the discovery of large mineral deposits.

Caledonia Mining Corporation
("Caledonia" or the "Company") (TSX:CAL)(OTCQX:CALVF)(AIM:CMCL)
is pleased to announce that as part of the Company's long term
strategy to maximize shareholder value, the board of directors
has approved the implementation of a new quarterly dividend
policy (the "Dividend Policy").

In 2014, the company intends to pay an annual aggregate dividend
of 6 Canadian cents per common share, payable on a quarterly
basis.

The first quarterly dividend of 1.5 Canadian cents per common
share is expected to be declared in January 2014.

The Caledonia Board will continue to review dividends which will
depend on the performance of the company and its capital
investment requirements.

Caledonia is a mining, exploration and development company
focused on Southern Africa.
Following the implementation of indigenisation in Zimbabwe,
Caledonia's primary asset is a 49% interest in an operating
gold mine in Zimbabwe ("Blanket").

expansion projects) was US$999 per ounce.

Investment continues at Blanket with the objective of increasing
production to 48,000 ounces of gold in 2014 and 52,000 ounces
of gold in 2015.

Blanket also continues to make substantial investments in its
exploration and development projects as a result of which gold
production may, in due course, increase
above 52,000 ounces per annum.
