They have to not only file but pay the appropriate fees before the close of business today.This is simply to keep the address,officers etc... updated with the State its not a financial filing. If they do not they have to pay a late fee and reapply . you can go to sunbiz.org and look up options media group under the search our records tab, that takes you to document searches
click on inquire by name. If they paid today it will post tomorrow. It takes the State 24 hours to update their records . The fact they are a Nevada corp they may say screw it and not pay it would not surprise me seeing how forthcoming they have been to email and voicemail requests for answers. If they were a Florida corp the State could dissolve their corporation. I am sure Nv has similar regulations I am not aware what they are .However they still have Frohman listed as a officer of the company and if a previous post is correct that Frohman is now working for Wells Fargo
I would suggest he probably is reachable , and may have info on wtf is happening, no idea if it is the Same Frohman
