Do you realize how many penny stocks either set up bus. in Nevada or Deleware - More in Nevada.

In fact I once tracked a newsletter and every single of their "highlighted" stocks were registered in Nevada..

That DUSS is one of them does not surprise any of us. Most of us know that and it is old news.
